Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 639 Jili website and all associated services, games, betting interfaces, wallet, and support features accessible at 639jili.bio.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the 639 Jili Platform.
• "Player Balance" or "Wallet" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's 639 Jili account at any given time, net of pending withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that a Player must complete before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification procedures that 639 Jili conducts in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming regulations.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action or omission described in Section 10 of these Terms that is not permitted on the Platform.

By accessing the 639 Jili Platform in any manner — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in a promotion — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the 639 Jili Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any informal translation, the English version shall govern.

To open and maintain an Account with 639 Jili, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by PAGCOR regulations.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or account suspension imposed by 639 Jili or any other regulated gaming operator.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of an employee or agent of 639 Jili or any of its affiliated game providers or technology suppliers, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• Your use of the 639 Jili Platform does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or court order in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of play.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) Account on the 639 Jili Platform. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 639 Jili login credentials. The following security obligations apply to all registered Players:

• You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party, including friends, family members, or anyone claiming to represent 639 Jili support.
• 639 Jili support representatives will never request your password via any communication channel. Any such request is a phishing attempt and should be reported immediately.
• You are advised to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered +63 mobile number. This is strongly recommended for all accounts with active balances.
• You must notify 639 Jili immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or suspicious activity in connection with your Account.
• 639 Jili accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access to a Player's Account where such access resulted from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security over their own login credentials.

639 Jili supports deposits and withdrawals through GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, USDT (TRC-20), and 7-Eleven CLIQQ. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

Bonus offers at 639 Jili — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and referral bonuses — are subject to the following general terms, as well as any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• All bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total of the bonus amount plus any associated deposit match. For example, a 100% match bonus of ₱1,000 on a ₱1,000 deposit with a 20x wagering requirement requires ₱40,000 in qualifying wagers before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots and arcade/fishing games typically count at 100%. Live table games and sports wagers may count at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). RNG table games may count at 0%. Contribution rates for each promotion are stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• If a withdrawal request is submitted while a Wagering Requirement is outstanding, 639 Jili will forfeit the associated Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them before processing the withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance.
• 639 Jili reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or reverse a bonus credit in the event of a system error, fraudulent claim, or breach of these Terms by the Player.
• Bonus offers are intended for personal entertainment use only. Coordinated bonus abuse, including multi-account exploitation of the same offer, will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus balances and may result in permanent account closure.

All games offered on the 639 Jili Platform are operated under certified game rules published by the respective game providers (principally JILI Games and associated live dealer studios). The following terms apply to all gameplay:

• RNG-based games (slots, RNG baccarat, virtual sports, arcade fish games) use certified Random Number Generators that have been independently tested for fairness. Neither 639 Jili nor any Player can influence or predict RNG outcomes.
• Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment (cards, wheels, tiles) in monitored studio environments. The outcomes of live games are determined by physical processes and cannot be manipulated by the Platform or by Players.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection during a live game, or system error that results in an ambiguous or invalid game result, 639 Jili reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. Declared game results that have been confirmed and settled shall not be reversed except in cases of verifiable technical error.
• 639 Jili publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and arcade game titles in the game information section of each title. Published RTPs represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

639 Jili is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players and can be activated without contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set from your Account settings. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: You may set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days can be activated immediately from Account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a longer break may request self-exclusion for a period of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, the Player's account is suspended and no new deposits or gameplay are permitted. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the expiry of the selected period.

Players who have activated a self-exclusion should not attempt to register new accounts on 639 Jili or any affiliated platform during the exclusion period. Any account opened in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be closed and any balance returned.

The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including false date of birth for the purpose of circumventing the 21+ age restriction.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts, or assisting another person to do so, for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, game dealers, or Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or Platform feature, and failing to immediately report such bugs to 639 Jili support.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including structured deposits designed to circumvent AML reporting thresholds.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorization.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or otherwise extracting data from the Platform without written authorization from 639 Jili.

All content on the 639 Jili Platform — including but not limited to the site design, logo, game assets, graphics, text, software, data compilations, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to 639 Jili and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorization from 639 Jili. Game assets provided by third-party studios (including JILI Games) are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are subject to the studios' own licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 639 Jili's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

639 Jili shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses caused by unauthorized access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's own failure to maintain adequate security over their login credentials.
• Interruption of Platform availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or telecommunications outages.
• The accuracy or completeness of any information provided by third-party game studios, sports data providers, or payment processors.

Nothing in these Terms limits 639 Jili's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

639 Jili collects, uses, and protects personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• 639 Jili does not sell personal data to third-party marketers.
• Transactional data (deposits, withdrawals, game history) is retained for the period required by applicable PAGCOR and AMLC record-keeping obligations.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting 639 Jili support, subject to the Platform's legal data retention obligations.

639 Jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights or obligations — 639 Jili will provide notice to registered Players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notification on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

For non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or additions to the Definitions section that do not change substantive rights), the updated Terms will take effect upon publication on the Platform without prior notice.

Your continued use of the 639 Jili Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The PAGCOR regulatory framework applies to all gaming activities conducted through the Platform.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 639 Jili:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: The Player must first contact 639 Jili support and allow a minimum of fourteen (14) business days for the Platform to investigate and respond to the complaint.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal resolution process, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant gaming regulatory authority in accordance with applicable PAGCOR complaint procedures.
• Step 3 — Litigation: Any dispute not resolved through the above steps that proceeds to formal legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
